We had a GRP roof fitted with a 20 year guarantee to our side extension. It started leaking after 6-9 months but we were unable to contact the original company. Lomas’ came round explained exactly what the problem was and what the options were to solve the problem. We opted for a new roof removing all the wet boards and grp. Our new roof is now fantastic. Not only does it look great but it also keeps the water out !! Fab job.

We had a rubber roof fitted on my townhouse property and it leaked from day one. After months of turmoil we called R Lomas and Son who came out the next day. They had a look and explained that the old flat roof had not been stripped off and the rubber had just been layed directly over everything !!! They sorted the roof out by stripping everything back to the original decking and renewed with an icopal system. We could not believe our eyes when we saw what they had done via the rooflight. Brilliant job and now we can rest easy. Thank you.
